・We will give you a lift ticket for the number of nights you stay at the hotel when you check in.
※ex)For 3 days and 2 nights, one 2-day ticket per person.
※Multi-day tickets are valid only for the number of consecutive days from the start date of use.

■Lift and gondola operation hours：8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

※One day pass is available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
※Children under 6 years old can use the lifts for free.
However, a ticket must be issued, so please stop by the ticket center when you use the lift.
※Please note that the lifts may not be able to operate due to weather conditions

・Guests staying in the Lodge Building should use the indoor parking lot next to the Lodge Building Rotary.
・Guests staying in the Arai Building should use the Arai Building Parking Lot P2.

[Shuttle Bus]
Shuttle bus service is by reservation only.
Please check the shuttle bus schedule on the shuttle bus page below.
Please make reservations by 7:00 a.m. on the day of your visit.

※If you are staying in a Superior Type and Character Room, please make a reservation from/to Arai Building.
※If you are staying in a deluxe Type and suite, please make your reservation at the lodge building.

Notes

Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11 AM.
Free shuttle buses are operated on a pre-booking basis. You can make a reservation on the website auxiliary facilities → shuttle bus page.
Children's accompanying rooms, which are not included in the plan, are free of charge for up to two persons aged 0 to 12 and can be up to two persons per room or one person per bed. Extra beds are not available, so please check the number of beds and bed type at the time of booking.
If you add breakfast in a restaurant, it is 3080 yen for adults and 1,870 yen for children aged 4 to 12. For dinner, it is 5,280 yen for adults and 3,300 yen for children.
The adult fee is applied to middle school students and older, and they are charged 150 yen per night.
Baby beds are available up to 12 months old. The quantity is limited, so please contact us in advance.
Extra beds can only be added for Deluxe type Lodge buildings, and the extra fee is 5,500yen.
Special requests are not guaranteed depending on hotel circumstances, and additional charges may apply.
The hotel can also call you to confirm your reservation.
Please contact the hotel if it's too late because it may be canceled after the check-in time.
