* Please board at the west exit of Myoko Joetsu Station.
* Reservations are required in order to confirm the number of passengers.
Please make reservations by 7:00 a.m. on the day of your visit using the reservation link below.
* Delays or changes may occur due to road conditions or weather.

□Deluxe / Suite Guests：Please use the 『LODGE Bldg』 Arrival/Departure point.
【 Service Notice for the Winter season 】
- Please do not board the shuttle bus while wearing ski boots or any hard-shelled boots.
- If you are bringing skis or snowboards on the shuttle bus, please make sure to store them in their own cases as to avoid damage during loading/unloading or whilst being stored in the trunk during the trip.
- Likewise, please make sure that your skis and stocks are covered to prevent them from being damaged when placed on top of each other.
- Please note that Snow scoots cannot be carried or stored on the shuttle bus.
- LOTTE ARAI RESORT will not be responsible for any damage.

* Please make reservations at the front desk of your lodgings for the cherry blossom viewing service. (Capacity limited/set operation)
* Reservations must be made before 15:30 on the day.

* The bus service above is from the hotel to the Cherry Blossom Viewing Event site and back.
* Priority will be given to guests who have booked an overnight stay plan that includes a shuttle bus to and from the cherry blossom viewing event.
* Reservations for guests not on the plan will be accepted at the front desk on a first-come, first-served basis.
* The number of passengers per bus is limited to 18. The number of seats are limited. Please make your reservations in advance.
* Departure from the hotel will be at the roundabout in front the entrance of the Arai or Lodge buildings.
* It is still quite cold at night, so please dress appropriately.
