A shuttle bus will operate between Takada Castle Park and LOTTE ARAI RESORT.

[Shuttle Bus]
Shuttle bus service is by reservation only.
Please check the shuttle bus schedule on the shuttle bus page below.
Please make reservations by 07:00 on the day of your visit.
※If you are staying in a Superior Type and Character Room, please make a reservation from/to Arai Building.
※If you are staying in a deluxe Type and suite, please make your reservation at the lodge building.
- Check-in starts from 15:00 and check-out is 11:00.
- Reservation changes will be accepted based on room availability and rates at the time the change is requested.
- The free shuttle bus from Joetsu-Myoko Station is available but seat reservations are necessary. Reservations can be made until 07:00 on the day of use.
- Baby beds are available up to 12 months old. The quantity is limited, so please contact us in advance.
- A hot spring tax of 150 yen per night will be charged to guests 12 years of age and older. This is included in the room rate, so there is no need to pay it separately.
- The hotel can also call you to confirm your reservation.
- Please contact the hotel if you happen to be arriving late, as reservations may be canceled by the system once past the check-in time.
