Mobile Learning Program

The Mobile Learning Program is an online training platform known as the Mobile Learning Lab. It enables students to access LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS training programs anytime, anywhere, using their mobile devices. The program allows students to learn comfortably in multiple languages. It covers everything from employee onboarding to job tasks and core talent development. In addition, the curriculum of each program is provided as a training kit. This allows each hotel to conduct their own training sessions. The training kit can be easily downloaded from the Mobile Learning Lab.
