- Enrollment in LOTTE HOTEL REWARDS is required to receive one $10 REWARDS voucher.
- Cancellation is available within 30 days of issuance. Cancellation is not available once any benefit has been used or more than one month has elapsed.
- No separate coupon booklet is issued; benefit vouchers are stored on the membership card.
- Membership benefits are for the registered member only. Membership cards are non-transferable and may not be lent to another person.
- A membership card, including a mobile card, must be presented to receive member benefits. Benefits may be used after the member’s identity is verified; identification may be requested if necessary.
- Membership cards may not be bought, sold, or otherwise traded online or offline.
- Service may be restricted if a member refuses identity verification without a valid reason.
- Benefits are subject to change annually.
- Voucher use may be restricted or additional charges may apply on special dates or during promotional events.
- Use may be restricted during peak seasons, major national events, or depending on hotel availability.
- Room discount vouchers stored on the card cannot be combined with other hotel discounts.
- Benefits cannot be combined with event promotions, other discount promotions, credit card promotions, or similar offers.
- When making a room or restaurant reservation, please inform the hotel that you are a TREVI CLUB member and specify the benefit you wish to use.
- Complimentary stay vouchers are valid only with advance reservation by phone through the reservation office of the applicable hotel. Please advise the hotel at the time of booking that you intend to use the voucher. Same-day stays and online reservations are not eligible.
- To use a dining voucher, present your membership card when settling the bill at the participating outlet and clearly inform the staff which voucher you wish to use. When accompanied by a child, proof of age in months may be requested.
- Wine vouchers may be redeemed at Delica-Hans at THE GRAND LOTTE SEOUL, LOTTE HOTEL WORLD, LOTTE HOTEL JEJU, and LOTTE HOTEL ULSAN.
- Benefits must be used within the validity period and cannot be used after expiration.
- A reissue fee of KRW 10,000 applies if a membership card is reissued due to loss, damage, or other reasons.
