Individuals who book on behalf of guests for business travel and similar purposes
Individuals who arrange banquet events (meetings, events, parties, etc.)
Professional Congress Organizers (PCO) who handle room and event bookings

Earn 2% on room charges for reserved rooms and on banquet event spending such as meetings, events, and parties. (B Points expire three years from the year in which they are earned.)

Notes on Room Reservations
When booking through LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS Room Reservations or a Sales Office, please identify yourself as a BOOKER CLUB member.
Reservations can also be made through the official LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS website. (Login required)
Reservations made through agencies (TMC, DMC, etc.), online/offline travel agencies, or GDS are not eligible.
Reservations using free accommodation vouchers or other vouchers, or with special discounted rates applied, are not eligible.
Group room reservations of 10 or more rooms per night are subject to the same criteria as banquet events.
[Banquet Event Reservations]
BOOKER CLUB members may reserve banquet events through two channels (LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS website / the Sales Manager of the hotel hosting the event)

Notes on Banquet Event Reservations
Reservations can also be made through the Sales Manager of the hotel hosting the event.
You may check the B Points expected to be earned through the banquet sales manager at the hosting hotel.
Reservations made through agencies (TMC, DMC, etc.), online/offline travel agencies, or GDS, as well as certain special meeting packages and events with special discounted rates (conditions vary by hotel), are not eligible.
Eligibility for point accrual can be confirmed with the manager in charge when booking a banquet event.
The maximum B Points that can be earned per banquet event is 200,000 B Points (approx. USD 2,000, including group room charges).
B Points earned for banquet events can be reviewed in My Page within 30 business days after payment.
B Points cannot be used directly. Convert them into a Booker Voucher or REWARDS Points to use like cash at LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS and LOTTE Duty Free Shop.
[How to Use]
Two types of Booker Vouchers are available: LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS (1,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 B Point Booker Vouchers) and LOTTE Duty Free Shop (10,000 B Point Booker Voucher).
Vouchers are issued immediately, and points may also be combined with or converted into REWARDS Points.
Results will be notified within 10 business days of your application.

BOOKER CLUB FAQ
No. B Points are issued to individuals and remain with you regardless of employment changes. However, please inform your sales manager if you leave or change companies.
For room reservations, stays completed before joining are not eligible for retroactive accrual. However, if you have not yet checked in, points may be earned by adding your membership details through Room Reservations or your sales manager. For banquet events, points can only be earned if you join BOOKER CLUB and request B Point accrual from the banquet sales manager before the event takes place.
Please submit an inquiry online through Missing B Points Inquiry, or contact the sales manager at the hotel where you made the reservation. ㆍRetroactive claims must be submitted within six months from the payment date.
Up to three event planners may split the B Points, with a combined total of 200,000 B Points (approx. USD 2,000). All recipients must be registered BOOKER CLUB members in advance.
