- Use of vouchers may be restricted or additional charges may apply on special days or during event periods.
- Room upgrade and discount vouchers included in the card cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts applicable at the hotel.
- Cancellations are allowed within 30 days from the date of issue. Please note that cancellations are not permitted if a voucher has been used even once, or if more than 1 month has passed.
- Separate paper coupons are not issued; coupons are digitally loaded onto the card.
- Availability may be restricted during peak seasons, national holidays, or depending on hotel reservation conditions.
- Duplicate discounts with other events, promotions, or credit card discounts are excluded.
- Membership privileges are valid for the member only, and the membership card cannot be transferred or loaned to others.
- Vouchers and benefits must be used within the validity period and cannot be used after expiration.
- To receive member benefits, you must present your membership card, and usage is permitted only after verifying the member's identity. (Identification may be requested if necessary.)
- Service may be restricted if you do not cooperate with identity verification without a justifiable reason.
- A replacement fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged when requesting a card reissue due to loss or damage.
