Precautions when using benefits
- LOTTE HOTEL REWARDS tiers are assigned to members who joined the program after September 1, 2023. Please review the special benefits for your applicable tier before using them.

- Discounts are based on regular rates (not the lowest rates on the website) and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Cannot be combined with special products, affiliate offers, or any other discounts.
- Suites and additional options are excluded from the discount.
- Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
- Discounts for season or other special packages may be limited or unavailable. (Please contact the reservation office of the respective hotel branch for details.)
- To qualify for the discount, guests must make reservations by phone directly through the LOTTE HOTELS reservation office. Discounts do not apply to bookings made through travel agencies or thirdparty platforms.

User Guide
- The meal discount rate is based on the number of guests in your party at the restaurant
- The number of restaurant guests in your party is determined by counting adults and children aged 49 months or older. (However, the guest count is calculated when ordering.)
- If the buffet voucher and special discount benefits are used together, the food and beverage discount rate will be applied to the number of the people remaining after using the buffet voucher.
- One special discount benefit may be used per membership card per table.
- Discounts cannot be split between tables using multiple cards registered under the same guest name.
- Discounts may be restricted for retail, drivethru, and takeout menus as designated by the hotel, during restaurant events, and for special menus.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts, such as other memberships, affiliates, or credit cards.

- To receive the USD 10 REWARDS voucher, you must sign up for LOTTE HOTEL REWARDS.
- Starting May 2, 2024, Trevi Club membership may be purchased using REWARDS Points.
- Eligible when you make a purchase of at least 1,000 REWARDS Points (USD 10) over the phone. (No online purchases)
- Wine vouchers may be redeemed at Delica-Hans at LOTTE HOTEL SEOUL, WORLD, JEJU, or ULSAN.
- During special events, coupon usage may be restricted or additional charges may apply.
- The priority room voucher or discount voucher with the card cannot be combined with other discounts from the hotel.
- Membership cards cannot be sold or purchased online or offline.
- It can be canceled within 30 days of issue. Please be advised that membership cannot be canceled if you've used it at least once or after one month has passed.
- A separate coupon book will not be issued. The product coupons are saved on the card.
- Usage may be restricted during peak seasons and national events or depending on hotel circumstances related to reservations.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts, such as events, promotions, and credit card company promotions.
- Special membership benefits are exclusively for the member’s personal use. Membership cards are non-transferable and cannot be lent to others. Benefits must be used before the expiration date, and once they expire they cannot be redeemed.
- To use member benefits, you must present your membership card. Identity verification is also required. (You may need to present your ID.)
- If you fail to cooperate with the identity verification process without a valid reason, you may not avail of the services.
- A reissue fee of KRW 10,000 will be charged for a replacement card caused by the loss or damage of the physical membership card.
