Precautions when using benefits

  • Eligible hotel: SIGNIEL BUSAN
  • Reservations required when using rooms or visiting restaurants. (Except when redeeming vouchers for valet parking, sauna, Salon de SIGNIEL.)
  • Room accommodation vouchers can only be redeemed if you call the Hotel Room Reservation Office (+82-51-922-1111) in advance and inform us that you would like to use the accommodation voucher and wish to make a reservation. Vouchers cannot be used for same-day stays or online reservations.
  • The Salon de SIGNIEL guest lounge is exclusively available to COLLECTION members (membership fee: KRW 6,000,000, no guests allowed). Members can access the lounge once daily on weekdays (Monday-Friday) until 4:30 PM.
  • Kindly present your membership card upon entry and inform the staff member of the specific coupon you wish to redeem.
  • When using meal vouchers, you must present your membership card when paying at the food and beverage establishment.
  • When redeeming a room voucher, you must book your room in advance.
  • You may redeem room vouchers on weekends and during peak season with no additional charges.
  • Guests who are accompanied by a child must present a document verifying the age of the child.
  • Any remaining balance on a voucher will not be refunded, and vouchers cannot be divided for separate transactions.

User Guide

  • Room discounts are applicable to one room per night for the member's personal use.
  • Discounts are based on regular rates (not the lowest rates on the website) and cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • To qualify for the discount, guests must make reservations by phone directly through the LOTTE HOTELS reservation office. Discounts do not apply to bookings made through travel agencies or thirdparty platforms.

  • When using room accommodation vouchers, you must call the Hotel Room Reservation Office to notify us that you intend to use the reservation and accommodation voucher. You cannot use vouchers for same-day stays or online reservations.
  • You can request cancellation of your membership within 30 days of the date of issuance and you will receive a refund. However, cancellations are not permitted once a voucher has been used, or if more than one month has passed since membership issuance.
  • The above special benefits are subject to change every year.
  • Membership cards cannot be sold (purchased) or transferred online or offline.
  • When counting the number of restaurant guests, anyone over 49 months of age is considered an adult.
  • One special discount benefit may be used per membership card per table.
  • Discounts cannot be split between tables using multiple cards registered under the same guest name.
  • Discounts may be restricted for retail, drive-thru, and take-out menus as designated by the hotel, or during restaurant events and special menus.
  • If both the meal voucher and discount benefits are used together, the meal voucher will be used first. The food and beverage discount will be applied to the number of persons remaining.
