- Special membership benefits are exclusively for the member’s personal use. Membership cards are non-transferable and cannot be lent to others.
- You must present your membership card to access the special membership benefits. You can only avail of benefits after verification of your identity.
- If you fail to cooperate with the identity verification process without a valid reason, you may not avail of the services.
- All coupons are stored on the membership card and are not issued separately.
- Special membership benefits must be used before the card expiration date, and they expire once that date has passed.
- Coupon usage may be restricted during peak seasons, national events, special events, or due to other hotel circumstances, or additional charges may apply in such cases.
- After using a coupon, any remaining balance will not be refunded and coupons cannot be divided for separate transactions.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts, such as promotions and vouchers.
- Coupons and benefits cannot be combined with card company discounts, affiliate offers, or any other discounts.
- When using a meal voucher, you must clearly inform the staff member of the coupon you wish to use at the establishment.
- Complimentary stay vouchers are valid only with advance reservation by phone through the reservation office of the applicable hotel. Same-day stays and online reservations are not eligible.
- You can request cancellation of your membership within 30 days of the date of issuance and you will receive a refund. However, cancellations are not permitted once a voucher has been used, or if more than one month has passed since membership issuance.
- The above special benefits are subject to change every year.
- Membership cards cannot be sold (purchased) or transferred online or offline.
- The restaurant headcount is calculated based on children aged 49 months or older and adults.
- One special discount benefit may be used per membership card per table.
- Discounts cannot be split between tables using multiple cards registered under the same guest name.
- Discounts may be restricted for retail, drive-thru, and take-out menus as designated by the hotel, or during restaurant events and special menus.
- If both the meal voucher and discount benefits are used together, the meal voucher will be used first. The food and beverage discount will be applied to the number of persons remaining.
