In 1997, Chef Pierre Gagnaire opened his namesake restaurant, PIERRE GAGNAIRE, at Hotel Balzac in the heart of Paris. His creative and innovative cuisine was immediately embraced by gourmets and critics, earning the restaurant the coveted Michelin three stars just one year later.
Since then, Chef Gagnaire has expanded beyond Europe to Asia and beyond, presenting his culinary vision in renowned cities across the globe:
