Thank you for choosing LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS. We have updated the LOTTE HOTEL REWARDS membership terms for better service, as outlined below.
• Reason for Revision: Reorganization of membership applicability in line with brand structure changes and expansion of dining (F&B) point accrual criteria (to enhance customer convenience and ensure consistency in standards)
• Effective Date: April 8, 2026 (Wed)

| Article 7. Earning Points 7. If points were not awarded due to not presenting the mobile membership card, requests can be made as follows: ∙ Eligible stay: Within 6 months from checkout, via the company website with payment documentation. ∙ Dining outlet usage: On the day of payment only, through the dining outlet; no points will be awarded after the date of use. | Article 7. • If a LOTTE HOTEL member has an objection to this revision, he or she may opt to withdraw their membership.
• Member who do not express their opinion within the period are deemed to have agreed to the revision.
