Complaint Report for Compliance

The identity of the whistleblower and the details of the report are kept strictly confidential.
The details of the complaint and our responses will be shared only with the whistleblower and relevant members of the Management Consultation Team.

If the report is not specific or lacks clear evidence, an investigation may not be possible.

If the report is found to be intentionally or maliciously false, you may be held accountable, so please report responsibly.

Please write down the details of the victim and the violation.

For reports related to workplace sexual harassment or bullying, an official investigation will commence only after obtaining the victim's consent.

In order for us to consult with them, the victim must be identifiable, even if you do not know their real name.

Please provide as much detail as possible about when and where the incident occurred.

Please ensure that no personal information is exposed in the report (including attached files).
