If the report is found to be intentionally or maliciously false, you may be held accountable, so please report responsibly.

For reports related to workplace sexual harassment or bullying, an official investigation will commence only after obtaining the victim's consent.

In order for us to consult with them, the victim must be identifiable, even if you do not know their real name.

Please provide as much detail as possible about when and where the incident occurred.
