Chef Introduction
The finest culinary experience, expertly crafted by the master chefs of THE VIEW.
Chef Ji Hyung Lee is a master chef with over 20 years of experience and a Master Craftsman Cook title in South Korea. He masterfully blends tradition with modern techniques, crafting exquisite dishes that range from Western and Japanese cuisine to innovative fusion creations.
Chef Sang Min Kim is a master chef with over 15 years of experience and a Master Craftsman Cook title in South Korea. He specializes in both Korean and Western cuisine, using meticulous techniques and creativity to craft elegant dishes and develop innovative menus.
Chef Yong Jae Yoo, a master chef with over 15 years of experience, has won multiple Chinese cuisine awards as well as international cooking competitions. With a deep understanding of global culinary traditions, he masterfully blends traditional techniques with innovative flavors.
Chef Jae Sang Hwang is a master chef with over 15 years of experience. His diverse cooking techniques go beyond traditional Western and modern cuisine, adding depth and creativity to each of his culinary creations.
