From Myoko Kogen Bus Terminal, you can travel to Jigokudani Monkey Park, Nozawa Onsen, and Madarao Highlands.

Tourist taxi
If you’d like to learn the local history and taste the local cuisine, this taxi service might be right for you. They offer a variety of original routes that only a local taxi service can provide.

Echigo Tokimeki Railway
The Myoko, Joetsu, and Itoigawa areas are almost all within walking distance if you use Myoko’s Haneuma Line (Myoko Kogen~Naoetsu) and the Nihonkai Hisui Line (Naoetsu~Ichiburi). With attractions aplenty along the route, you’ll never be bored. It is nice to relax aboard one of the local trains that stop at every station, and also to feast on scenery and cuisine aboard the very popular luxury train Setsugekka. No matter the season or what you’re looking for, the local trains will provide a perfect mode of transportation.
Adjacent to Myoko-Togakushi Renzan National Park,
about 30 minutes from Joetsu Myoko Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen and about 10 minutes from the highway interchange,
there are many tourist spots around LOTTE ARAI RESORT that can be enjoyed in all seasons.
