Online Purchase & Lift Ticket Exchange - Lift Tickets
We will inform you how to purchase lift tickets online and receive them.
Purchasing online
You can buy online for a lower price than buying at the ski resort, and also save time by not needing to line up for the automatic ticket voucher.
Lift ticket exchange method
- P1 Day Parking Arcade (Arcade under Hoshizora Onsen)
- ARAI Building Basement Vending Machine Corner
- First floor of Village Station in front of the entrance
*If you cannot generate a QR code or if the exchange machine is not working, please come to the ski resort counter.
*This is not a tourist lift ticket.
3. After getting the lift ticket, you can directly board the gondola or lift at the gate.
4. Please return it when you finished using it.
*When you return it, you will be given a discount coupon that can be used within the facility (at onsen, restaurants, etc.).
Notes on lift ticket sales
- ・Children aged 6 or younger can ride the lifts free of charge. However, free tickets must be issued at the Ticket Center.
*When receiving free tickets, please make sure to come to the counter accompanied by your child (children) to allow us to confirm their identity.
・Guests aged 50 and older are required to present identification.
Refund Information
- ・Returns for guests’ personal reasons are not accepted.
・If all gondolas and lifts are suspended for the entire day due to bad weather, returns will be accepted only for lift tickets purchased on the day and unused.
Examples not eligible for refunds
- ・Requesting a refund for personal reasons (injury, illness, etc.)
・If even one gondola or lift is operating
・If the guest has ridden a gondola or lift even once
・Lift ticket included with hotel stay plan
*We will check your ticket usage history.
*Please note that once you have boarded the gondola or lift, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
