You can exchange the high-end model rented at SALOMON STATION for another high-end model free of charge, depending on conditions.
If you wish to try a model that fits better or change based on your skiing style, please feel free to ask our staff.

    In case of Rental Equipment Malfunction
    - If you encounter issues with equipment handling, please visit the rental shop or notify the Information Center. Arai Resort staff will assist you.
    - Absolutely do not attempt any adjustments yourself.
    - If skiing is difficult and you cannot reach the rental shop or Information Center, please call out to the nearest Arai Resort staff member.

    In case of theft, loss, or damage to rental items
    - Please bring your rental receipt copy and visit SALOMON STATION.
