First class lift ticket

After the start of the snow season, a limited number of tickets per day will be sold!
Boarding starting time is earlier than economy class!
First class tickets can be used starting from 8:00 AM through business hours.
*Boarding start time may change due to weather conditions.

There is a first class exclusive gate (automatic ticket gate), so you are eligible for priority boarding!

Overwhelming snowfall accumulation and the largest freeriding zone in Japan.
ARAI MOUNTAIN RESORT’s first class lift ticket is a lift and gondola priority boarding ticket that allows you to fully enjoy Arai, which is coveted by skiers and snowboarders all over the world.
You will have a much higher chance of making the first track of the morning on untracked powder and groomed slopes.

You can upgrade from an Economy Class to a First Class ticket for an additional fee per day.
High Season: 19 years and older: ￥5,000 / 18 years and younger: ￥3,000
Spring Season: 19 years old or older: ￥2,000 / 18 years old or younger: ￥1,000

*For tickets for two days or more, upgrades are possible only for the entire period, and upgrades on a daily basis are not accepted.
*In order to ensure that all guests can use the service with satisfaction, the number of first class tickets sold per day will be limited.

Notes on lift ticket sales

  • ※Children aged 6 or younger can ride the lifts free of charge. However, free tickets must be issued at the Ticket Center.
    ※When receiving free tickets, please make sure to come to the counter accompanied by your child (children) to allow us to confirm their identity.
    ※Guests aged 50 and older are required to present identification.

Refund Information

  • ※Returns for guests’ personal reasons are not accepted.
    ※If all gondolas and lifts are suspended for the entire day due to bad weather, returns will be accepted only for lift tickets purchased on the day and unused.

Examples not eligible for refunds

  • ※Requesting a refund for personal reasons (injury, illness, etc.)
    ※If even one gondola or lift is operating
    ※If the guest has ridden a gondola or lift even once
    ※Lift ticket included with hotel stay plan
    ※We will check your ticket usage history.
    ※Please note that once you have boarded the gondola or lift, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
