Notice on the Integration of Terms and Conditions for LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS

Thank you for being a valued member of LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS.

As LOTTE RESORT is being integrated into the LOTTE HOTEL website, the terms and conditions that have previously been operated separately will also be consolidated into a single unified framework.

Accordingly, the following terms and conditions will be integrated into one unified set of terms and conditions:

• REWARDS Membership Terms and Conditions
• Online Membership Terms and Conditions
• Website Terms and Conditions
• Resort Terms and Conditions

This integration is intended to provide members with a more convenient and seamless experience in using LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS services under a single account and unified standards.

By simplifying the structure of the terms and conditions and reorganizing overlapping or similar provisions, we aim to provide clearer and more consistent standards for our members. Please note that your existing rights and benefits will remain unchanged, with no reduction or disadvantage.

[Effective Date and Objection Notice]

The integrated terms and conditions will take effect on July 13, 2026.

If you do not agree to the changes and integration of the terms and conditions, you may terminate your service agreement by withdrawing your membership through the LOTTE HOTEL website before the effective date.

If you do not express any objection within 30 days from the date of this notice, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised and integrated terms and conditions.

LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS will continue to strive to provide better services and a more convenient user experience for all members.
