- At LOTTE HOTEL JEJU, both the indoor heated pool and the outdoor spa pool “He:on” are open year-round. He:on Spa Garden offers a tranquil outdoor experience with views of Hallasan by day and a romantic starlit atmosphere by night.

- You can use the thermostat on the wall.
Press the ON button and set the temperature, and the air conditioner/heater will work automatically to reach the desired temperature.
If the balcony door is opened, the air conditioning and heating system will automatically turn off. Please make sure you turn the handle up after closing the balcony door.
- To turn on the room lights, insert the card key in the slot on the wall on the left side of the door.
- If you made your reservation through the official website, you will earn Rewards points for the room rate on the day after check-out.
- Before 11:00 AM, early check-in costs 50% of the daily rate. After 11:00 AM, the fee is 30% of the daily rate.
Late check-out up to 3:00 PM costs 30% of the daily rate. Check-out up to 5:00 PM costs 50% of the daily rate, and late check-out after 5:00 PM costs 100% of the daily rate.

- If “Pay directly at the hotel at check-in” is the payment method for your reservation, we accept cash, credit/debit cards, LOTTE HOTEL gift certificates(paper), LOTTE Rewards Points, L-Points, and Korea Travels gift certificates (paper), LOTTE Department Store gift certificates(paper). This is subject to change depending on partner circumstances.
- The credit card you registered when you made your reservation on the official website, app, or over the phone is only used as a security measure. Your payment will be processed at check-in.

- ■ Reservation Cancellations, Changes, and No-show Policy
* Peak season (April - October, December 22 - 31)
- Seven days before the check-in date: No cancellation fees will be charged
- One to six days before the check-in date (until 6:00 PM): 30% of the first night’s rate
- One day before the check-in date (6:00 PM or later) and no-shows: 100% of the first night’s rate
* Off-peak season (non-peak season periods)
- Three days before the check-in date: No cancellation fees will be charged
- One to two days before the check-in date (until 6:00 PM): 20% of the first night’s rate
- One day before the check-in date (6:00 PM or later) and no-shows: 100% of the first night’s rate
* Some promotional prices are subject to a separate cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the first night’s rate will be incurred.

- To help reduce the use of disposable products as part of the "Re:think" campaign, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and shaving gels are available for purchase for a fee in your room.
Kids' amenities include a large-capacity dispenser in Hello Kitty rooms that can be purchased for a fee upon request.

- You can make a reservation using the LOTTE HOTEL JEJU official website (website and mobile app).

- Minors are not permitted to stay at the hotel without a guardian, in accordance with the Juvenile Protection Act and other relevant laws.
Minors (under 19 years of age) must be accompanied by a legal representative to stay at the hotel. Identification may be requested at check-in to confirm their age.
- LOTTE HOTEL JEJU offers a limited number of connecting rooms for families or groups. While guests may request connecting rooms at the time of booking, final room assignment is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon check-in.

- The main building and annex buildings opened at the same time. The lobby and restaurants are in the main building. Annex buildings A and B are connected to the main building.

· The Pool Villa Suite is an independent room in the outdoor garden.
- A double room comes with one double bed (queen size). A twin room comes with two single beds with a nightstand between the beds.
A family twin room comes with one double bed and one single bed with a nightstand between the beds. A family double double room comes with two double beds (queen size).
Room types are the same regardless of the view. Beds are fixed in the room.
- EV charging facilities are available in the basement parking area for guest convenience.

- The Internet Lounge is located inside the E/V hall of the lobby. It is available to use free of charge during your stay.
When using the printer, the first 5 black and white photos are free, and the 6th photo is charged 200 won per page.
Color prints are available at the front desk for KRW 1,000 per page.
- All guest rooms (including balconies) and indoor areas are designated non-smoking for the comfort and safety of our guests. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

There is also a currency exchange machine located in front of the Peninsula Lounge and Bar which is on the 8th floor of the main building. The exchange machine is available for use between 6:00 AM until 12:00 AM.
- You can use LOTTE Department Store gift certificates, Korea Travels gift certificates and LOTTE HOTEL certificates toward the amounts you pay directly at the hotel.
However, please note that we only accept paper gift certificates. Mobile gift certificates are not accepted.
- Yes, there is a 7-Eleven on either side of the hotel.

- There is no coin laundromat or dryer, but we offer laundry services for a charge so that you can receive clean laundry delivered to your room.
If you just want to spin-dry your clothes, please use the spin-dryer in the locker room of the outdoor swimming pool. A drying rack is available in all rooms.
- To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, pets are not permitted entrance in the hotel including guest rooms. However, service animals are welcome as permitted by law.
