LOTTE HOTEL JEJU’s He:on, whose name combines “sea” and “warmth” in Korean, is a luxury spa and garden featuring a heated pool that operates year-round.
Enjoy a leisurely swim by day, and at night, experience romantic Moonlight Swimming under Jeju’s starry skies accompanied by live performances at the He:on Night Concert.

• All-season Outdoor Spa Pool Operation: Enjoy the spa pool throughout all four seasons.

• Adult Pool
- Water depth: 1.7 meters
- Children and teenagers (high-school students and younger) under 160 cm in height must wear a life jacket to enter the adult pool.

• Family Pool
- Water depth: 1.3 meters
- The family pool is open to guests of all ages. It is an outdoor spa pool where families can create cherished memories together.

• Kids’ Pool
- Water depth: 0.6 meters
- The facility includes a toddler pool for young children, kids’ water slide, and an LED floor fountain.

• Healing Jacuzzi
- An open-air heated spa jacuzzi at an average temperature of 35–38°C.
- Relax your body and mind in the themed Jacuzzis throughout He:on.

• Safety
- Children under 130 cm in height must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by a guardian to enter any pool area.
- Minimum age for entry: Guests aged 16 or older may enter. (Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.)
- The pool may be closed without prior notice due to weather conditions. (Closure in the event of severe weather: the outdoor swimming pool may be closed if risks such as flying or overturned objects or freezing conditions are detected due to severe weather such as strong winds, precipitation, and low temperatures. We appreciate your understanding.)
- Do not run around or dive into the spa pool.
- For your safety, please follow the instructions of the staff and the lifeguard.
- Please keep valuables in your room or store them inside the safety box at the He:on front desk.
- We recommend bringing aqua shoes to the outdoor swimming pool and wearing them when walking on the deck.
(Aqua shoes are not permitted while in the water to maintain proper water quality.)

• Equipment
- Life jackets are available for children.
- Water equipment with a diameter over 1.2 meters is not permitted.
　* Restricted items: Flamingo floats, dolphin-shaped floats, bed-style floats exceeding 1.2 meters in length, canopy floats, fins (flippers), snorkeling equipment, kickboards, etc.
- Balls other than beach balls are not permitted (softballs, bouncy balls, etc.).
- Water guns are permitted, but guests may receive guidance or restrictions from a lifeguard if they disturb other guests.

• Attire
- You must wear a swimsuit or rash guard to enter the pool.
- Infants and toddlers are requested to wear a waterproof diaper.
- Infant Safety: Infants and toddlers under 36 months must wear waterproof diapers.
- Tattoos: Guests with tattoos are asked to cover them with a rash guard or similar garment before entering.

• Etiquette
- Please shower before entering the pool to help maintain clean water quality.
- If you applied tanning oil, please make sure to wash it off before entering the pool.

• Food and Beverages
- Food and beverages from outside are not permitted.
- If you have allergies, please let the staff know when ordering your food.

* For your safety, please follow the above operating policies and rules for using the outdoor spa pool.
* This facility is only for hotel guests and can be used until 3:00 PM on the day of check-out.
