The Sauna at LOTTE HOTEL JEJU offers Finnish dry and basalt steam saunas, along with waterfall shower facilities to refresh your body and mind. Enjoy deep relaxation and a soothing wellness experience during your stay.

· Closed on the first Tuesday of every month (schedule may change depending on hotel operations).
· Facility is for hotel guests only.
· Admission is available for guests aged 13 or older.
· Children from 37 months to under 13 years of age may enter when accompanied by a same-gender guardian.
· Access is available until 3:00 PM on the day of check-out.

· Admission fee for hotel guests : Adults KRW 15,000 / Children KRW 10,000 (37 months to elementary school students).
· Items for purchase : Razor KRW 6,000 / Toothbrush KRW 2,000.

· The use of mobile phones is not permitted inside the sauna.
· Photography or video recording inside the sauna and locker areas is strictly prohibited, and violations may be subject to legal action.
· Swimwear or clothing may not be worn in the sauna.
· Guests with contagious illnesses such as eye or skin infections may be restricted from using the facility.
· Please store valuables at the Fitness Desk.
· Food and beverages are not allowed inside the facility (water only).
