V SPA is the hotel spa at LOTTE HOTEL JEJU, located on the 8th floor of the Main Building and open from 10:00 to 21:00. Treatments are provided in private suites by trained therapists using the Valmont and Thalgo skincare lines, with facial and body programs selected through consultation.

V SPA requires advance reservations. Hotel guests receive a 10% discount on both weekdays and weekends, while a 15% discount applies during the happy-hour period from 12:00 to 15:00; these benefits cannot be combined with other discounts. Guests planning a wellness-focused stay can combine a V SPA treatment with a visit to the resort’s indoor swimming pool and sauna or the He:on Spa & Garden outdoor heated pool.

Program Information

V SPA is designed as a private facility, with treatment rooms and a tea lounge arranged to provide privacy from arrival to departure. The treatment beds are made of natural latex, and the bed height and upper-body angle are adjusted for each guest. A couples’ treatment room is available for two guests and may be reserved by couples, family members, or friends. The Chill Room & Lounge is used for consultations with a therapist on skin type and program selection, as well as for tea before and after treatment.

Before booking, guests should note that all programs require advance reservations, that the treatment menu and prices may change by season, and that the sauna and indoor swimming pool are separate facilities from V SPA, with their own operating hours. First-time visitors are advised to confirm the program length, current menu, and applicable discount when booking.
