- Opened THE NEWYORKER HOTEL BY LOTTE HOTELS (2025)
- Opened LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE, L7 WEST LAKE HANOI by LOTTE, L7 HAEUNDAE by LOTTE (2024) and L7 CHICAGO by LOTTE (2024)
