The series of "Recurrence," which introduced Hanja into water drop painting, has become a text in which Hanja on canvas can be interpreted since the 1990s.
The series of "Recurrence," which began in the late 80s and blossomed in the 90s, focused on the "text" in which human civilization forms a huge vein of human civilization along with water droplets, the source of life.
The selection of Hanja is an abstract work that abstractly establishes the symbolic meaning of the origin of Hangeul and the tranquil beauty of containing the "virtuousness and nothing" of Eastern philosophy beyond simple formative elements.
