- You can send your luggage prior to your stay.
Any luggage you send will be safely stored at the front desk on the 1st floor.
When sending your luggage, please clearly indicate your reservation number and the name under which the reservation was made.
Please understand that if this information cannot be verified, the luggage will need to be returned.
Also, stored luggage can only be kept until the day of check-out,
so please be sure to collect it upon check-out.
- We are sorry. No separate shuttle services are available.
- Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is up to 11:00 AM.
- Check-in and check-out are available at the front desk on the 1st floor.
- Complimentary luggage storage is available. Please inquire at the front desk.
- Parking is free for hotel guests during their period of stay only. However, vehicles must be registered to exit, so please make sure to register your vehicle in advance at check-in or before departure.
- There is no swimming pool at our hotel.
- Wi-Fi is available in your room, with no password required.
- All rooms are equipped with smart TVs that allow access to streaming services, simply sign in using your personal account. Please remember to sign out before check-out.
- Minors (under the age of 19) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to stay at the hotel.
- Pets are not permitted to stay in the hotel.
- There are no vending machines available in the hotel.
- Coin-operated washing machines are not available; however, paid laundry services are available in the hotel. Pricing details can be found on the laundry service slip in your room.
- We have one wheelchair but no strollers.
Please contact the front desk if you need to rent one.
- A CU and a 7-Eleven are both located within a one-minute walk.
- Currency exchange machines are not available. However, currency exchange is available at the front desk for USD, EUR, JPY, and CNY.
- Extra bottled water is provided free of charge for hotel guests.
Wine glasses, ice buckets, and utensils can be provided upon request at the front desk, subject to availability.
- Payment must be completed at the time of website booking for the reservation to be confirmed.

- Website reservations can be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) one day before check-in.
If you change or cancel your reservation after the free cancellation period,
a penalty equivalent to one night’s room rate will be charged on the credit card used to secure your reservation.
- Yes, accessible rooms are available. We have two accessible rooms. Please book directly via our website or contact the reservation office to request one.
- Extra beds are available only in select Premium Family Twin rooms. Please contact the reservation office for details.

- For reservations prepaid through a booking site, no additional payment is required. However, for pay-on-site reservations, payment must be completed at check-in before using the room.
- BREEV GWANGJU by LOTTE HOTELS offers two types of views.
One is a front view (street view) and the other is a rear view. Standard Twin, Deluxe Family Twin, Corner Round, Junior Suite A, and Deluxe King rooms offer a front view, while all other room types offer a rear view.

- All lights can be controlled using the black control panel next to the bed.
In some rooms, the mini bar light is operated by a separate switch next to the mini bar.
- Windows in all the rooms cannot be opened.
- Room-to-room calls are available free of charge.
External calls are not available.
- Housekeeping service is provided between 08:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If you would like the bedding changed, please notify the front desk and it will be replaced. To decline housekeeping, please display the DND (Do Not Disturb) sign in your room.
- The hotel operates a central system, so heating and cooling modes cannot be individually selected.
Temperature can be adjusted using the black controller next to the bed. Please contact the front desk if you wish to switch between cooling and heating modes.
- Room service is available from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM and from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM. You can check the menu and place an order by following the in-room information guide.

- The large banquet hall on the 4th floor has an area of 252 ㎡ and a height of 2.9 m.
The small/medium-sized banquet hall on the 4th floor has an area of 146 ㎡ and a height of 3 m.
The large banquet hall and small/medium-sized banquet hall on the 5th floor are identical in size to those on the 4th floor. However, their ceiling heights are lower at 2.6 m (* Refer to the Information section).
- A total of four event spaces are located on the 4th and 5th floors, with one medium-sized banquet hall and one large banquet hall on each floor.
- Event spaces and meeting rooms are available by advance reservation only. For inquiries and reservations, please contact the Banquet Reservation Office at +82-62-717-7770 to 7771.

- This area is exclusively for hotel guests, located on the 2nd floor, and operates from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please bring your own sportswear and athletic shoes.
- The Business Center, located on the 15th floor, offers a pleasant environment with meeting spaces to support successful business activities in addition to hotel rooms.
Two PCs are available for complimentary use, and printing services are provided free of charge for hotel guests and event groups. Fax and scanning services are also available. A small meeting room (conference room) accommodating up to eight people is located adjacent to the reservation office. A portable beam projector is available by reservation at a cost of KRW 110,000 per hour.
