- The golf driving range is open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The facility is closed on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Please note that this may be subject to change depending on hotel circumstances.
Please bring your own equipment as golf clubs and gloves are not available to rent. The rate is KRW 32,000 for one period (40 minutes). Hotel guests can enjoy 30% off this rate.
- You are welcome to wear your own workout clothes when using the gym. If you don't have your own, workout clothes and socks are available free of charge at the hotel. Shoes can be rented at a charge of KRW 4,000 per pair.
* For the safety of guests, if you are wearing anything other than training shoes, such as dress shoes, slippers, or sandals, you cannot enter the gymnasium.
- Bathroom amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shaving cream are available in the sauna in addition to cosmetic products such as toner, lotion, and body lotion.
- Swimsuits are not available for sale, but swim goggles and swim caps are available to purchase.

Guests wearing room slippers, dress shoes, or sneakers cannot enter the swimming pool. Please wear your own slippers to prevent slipping accidents.
- Children aged up to 36 months must wear waterproof diapers, and children with a height of less than 140 cm must wear a life jacket or arm floats. They cannot enter the swimming pool without the required equipment.
(Life jackets and arm floats are available to use free of charge. However, please note that quantities are limited on a first-come, first-served basis.)
- Only Fitness Club members and hotel guests can use the swimming pool and the Aqua Haven.
- Reservations are not required to use the swimming pool and the Aqua Haven. You can visit the information desk on the day of your visit to enjoy the facilities.
- The swimming pool will be open even in rainy weather.
[However, please note that the Aqua Haven may be closed in the event of hazardous conditions such as flying debris, damage to facilities, ice, strong winds, heavy rain, or low temperatures.]
- Guests with tattoos cannot enter the sauna. If you wish to use the swimming pool, the Aqua Haven or gymnasium, please use a pad, sleeves, or rash guard to cover your tattoos.

- Please register your vehicle license plate number on the vehicle registration list at the entrance to the event space you are attending. Free parking will be provided for the duration of the event.
- You can access the event space on the third floor using the elevator that connects to the underground parking lot or the escalators and main elevator on the first floor. To reach the 41st and 42nd floors, please use the high-floor elevator after transferring from the main elevator.
- You can choose from a buffet, lunch boxes, Western, Chinese, or Korean cuisine. We will also offer suggestions for the best choice to suit the nature of the event.
- Please call the Event Reservation Office (+82-51-810-6500) for a detailed consultation. Appointments are required for in-person visits.
- Morning events are from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, afternoon events are from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM, and all-day events are from 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

- The large Crystal Ballroom and mid-sized Pearl Room are on the 3rd floor, the mid-sized Emerald and Sapphire rooms are on the 41st floor, and the small event halls are on the 42nd floor.
- We have a total of 11 event spaces: 1 ballroom, 3 medium-sized event halls, and 7 small event halls for smaller events. You can see the specifications of each event space by clicking “Conventions” on the website.
- Please call the Event Reservation Office (+82-51-810-6500) and our staff will assist you.
- Yes, there is a corkage fee. It is KRW 100,000 per beverage bottle and KRW 150,000 if the retail price of the beverage is KRW 700,000 or more.
There is a limit of one bottle per table regardless of the beverage type.
- Pets cannot enter the restaurants. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The breakfast buffet is open from 6:30 AM - 10:00 AM at La Seine on the 5th floor.
- Children are not permitted inside the bar even when accompanied by a guardian.

- Only mineral water bottles marked “Free” are complimentary. All other beverages will incur a charge.
- 'As part of the “Re:think” campaign, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion are available in the room, but disposable products such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and shaving gel are not provided. These items can be purchased in the mini bar as needed.

- In general, payments are processed at check-in. If you use any additional services during your stay, you can pay for them upon check-out. Please note that the counters may be busy around 11:00 AM due to the large number of guests checking out. Please plan accordingly.
