Usage Guidelines
· Exclusive to Lotte Hotel Busan Fitness Club members and hotel guests
(complimentary access may vary depending on the guest’s reservation status; complimentary access is provided when the swimming pool is included)
· Combined sauna and swimming pool access: KRW 45,000 (KRW 55,000 for combined access in July and August)
· The year-round heated pool, Aqua Haven, is in operation
· Minimum age for admission: 13 years old (guests under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian)
Safety Information
· Infant safety: Children aged 36 months or younger must wear waterproof diapers
· The use of water-play equipment and tubes is strictly prohibited, including infant floatation tubes
· Tattoos: Guests must cover tattoos with a rash guard or similar garment before entering
· Wearing slippers is recommended to prevent accidents (room slippers are not permitted)
· Closure due to severe weather: Aqua Haven may close early if hazards such as flying debris, falling facilities, or icy surfaces are detected due to severe weather
· Guests may be asked to leave if they repeatedly refuse to comply with safety staff’s instructions regarding behavior that may cause accidents or excessive disturbances

· Amenities (cabana, daybed, and sunbed): Available for same-day rental on-site (please contact Blue Haven; advance reservations are not available)
