※ Operating hours for the lifts and gondola are subject to change depending on weather conditions.
※ Hotel guests may use the ski lockers located within the hotel. Please consult the front desk staff for details. Ski lockers are available only to overnight guests.
※ Refunds will not be provided for personal circumstances, including injuries.
※ Only unused lift tickets purchased on the day are eligible for a refund if all gondolas and lifts are officially closed for the entire day or the remainder of the day due to severe weather, mechanical issues, or other operational reasons.

Seasonally Open Restaurants

LOTTE ARAI RESORT offers a variety of dining experiences throughout the year
such as the acclaimed Japanese restaurant Asahi", the steakhouse "BECO", and more.
※Please be advised that prior reservations are required for some venues,
and reservations are still highly recommended for those without.
※Please refer to the dedicated dining and reservation page for further information.
※We are still in the works of finalizing the winter Restaurant schedules, we will open bookings for the Winter reservations soon.

The water of the Hoshizora Onsen springs up from a depth of 1,750 m, is low-alkaline and contains various natural minerals considered to enhance beauty.
All these factors come together to make bathing in the Onsen an exquisite relaxing experience.

[Parking Lot]
・Guests staying in the Lodge Building should use the indoor parking lot next to the Lodge Building Rotary.
・Guests staying in the Arai Building should use the Arai Building Parking Lot P2.

[Shuttle Bus]
Shuttle bus service is by reservation only.
Please check the shuttle bus schedule on the shuttle bus page below.
Please make reservations by 07:00 on the day of your visit.

※If you are staying in a Superior Type and Character Room, please make a reservation from/to Arai Building.
※If you are staying in a deluxe Type and suite, please make your reservation at the lodge building.
