1. Regarding use
- Use of the EXECUTIVE SKI LOUNGE is by reservation only.
*Please make a reservation at least two days in advance.
- Use of the lounge is limited to guests staying in the Lodge and Club buildings.
- We will provide usage information at check-in.
The EXECUTIVE SKI LOUNGE is open during ski season (December to the end of March).
- Please note that use of the gondola and lift may be suspended depending on weather conditions.
2. Notice for using rooms
- Smoking is prohibited in VIP rooms. In addition, using the rooms with outdoor shoes is prohibited.
- Guests will be liable for repair costs in the event that damage occurs while using the room equipment.
- Please refrain from bringing in alcohol and other beverages.
3. Modification and cancellation of a reservation
- Changes to number of guests and dates cannot be accepted except in certain cases.
- Reservations will be cancelled if guests do not show up within 30 minutes of their reserved time of arrival without prior notice.
- If changes or cancellations occur, please be sure to contact the hotel by phone.
- Please contact the hotel about cancellation of your reservation by 3:00 PM on the previous day.
- Cancellations made after 3:00 PM on the previous day will be subject to 100% of the reservation amount as a cancellation fee.
