Yes. Wheelchairs and strollers can be borrowed at the front desk on the first floor. (Because we only have one of each available, we kindly ask that you make a reservation in advance.)

Yes. It is located on the first floor. There will be a staff member on-site to help you until midnight, and it will be self-service from midnight to 6:00 AM. You cannot purchase alcohol or cigarettes from midnight to 6:00 AM.

All areas in the hotel, including the hotel rooms, are strictly non-smoking. (A penalty will be charged per night for any violation of this policy.)

Yes, it is possible using floor GF of the LOTTE Mall starting from 5:00 AM. It will take about 10 - 15 minutes.

Starting from 5:00 AM, it will take approximately 10 minutes if you walk through floor GF of the LOTTE Mall.

It takes about 40 minutes by taxi. It takes about one hour by public transportation (bus or subway).

You can board at Bus Stop No. 7 on the first floor of the international flight terminal at Gimpo Airport.

Yes, you can. You can park anywhere in the underground parking at the LOTTE Mall.

The maximum daily rate is KRW 25,000 for parking up to 24 hours.

The card used to make the reservation is only required to secure your booking on the website. Your payment will be processed at check-in.

Reservations made through the website may be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) one day prior to check-in.
If you change or cancel your reservation after the free cancellation period,
you will be liable to pay the equivalent of the first night's stay as a penalty, which will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
