- The Fitness Center is exclusively for hotel guests. It is located on the 2nd floor and is open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please bring your own workout clothes and shoes.
- The Business Center is exclusively for hotel guests and is located inside the Reservations Office on the 11th floor. One PC is available for use, and printing services are offered for a fee: KRW 220 per page for black and white, and KRW 550 per page for color.

- The Rosemary and Lavender event spaces are ballrooms that cover 364 ㎡ and can accommodate up to 210 guests. These event spaces can be combined and used as one venue or divided into separate areas. The large ballroom is 273 ㎡ and the small event hall is 91 ㎡. When divided, they create two separate rooms that can accommodate meetings for 30 to 50 guests.
- Rosemary Hall is on the 12th floor, and Lavender Hall is on the 13th floor.

When sending parcels, please include the exact reservation number and the guest name on the reservation so we can store your parcels. If we cannot verify this information, the parcel may be returned to the sender.
