During your stay, we kindly ask that you create wonderful memories with your pet while being mindful of other guests.
- For pets, only dogs weighing 10 kg or less can enter the premises.
- Each additional dog will incur a charge of KRW 145,200. (Standards for Room only)

- At the time of check-in, you are required to submit a rabies vaccination certificate and a comprehensive vaccination certificate (or a health certificate), both issued within the past year.
- Pet supplies provided by the hotel must be returned at check-out.

② Terms of Pet Hotel Usage
- Permitted spaces for pets: Common area on the third floor of the hotel (lobby), elevators, room
- Restricted Areas for Pets: All other areas aside from the permitted areas indicated in Section 1
- Your pet must remain inside a pet carrier or stroller in the public spaces outside your room.
- Please ensure that your pet does not bark or create disturbances that may inconvenience other hotel guests.
- If your pet’s behavior continuously disrupts other guests, we may need to ask you to vacate the room.
③ Terms of Pet Room Usage
- For the safety of your pet, your pet cannot be left unattended in the room.
- A cleaning fee is included in the room rates for each night of the stay, which you agree to pay in advance. (Non-refundable)
- For safety reasons and to minimize noise disturbance, pets are not permitted on the balcony or inside the bedroom area in Suites.

- For cleanliness and hygiene purposes, please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes on the mat and allowing your pet on the bed in the room.
- While your pet is in the hotel room, you may not be eligible to use room cleaning or maintenance services.
④ Notes
- You agree to pay any repair or restoration fees or additional cleaning fees incurred due to damage to the hotel facilities caused by your pet (i-ncluding damage caused by urine/feces or damage to linens and furniture).
- You are responsible for cleaning up your pet’s excrement.
- The hotel will not be held liable for any diseases contracted by your pet, as well as loss, death, or any other accidents that may occur.
※The pet owner is liable for all accidents, losses, etc., resulting from or caused by the pet. The hotel may demand compensation from the pet owner in accordance with its internal policies.
- For the safety of other guests, dangerous dog breeds as defined by the Enforcement Rule of the Animal Protection Act are prohibited.
- Tosa, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, and mixed breeds of these five dangerous dog breeds.
- Dog breeds that are categorized or perceived as dangerous dog breeds (muzzle required).

- All rates include 10% VAT and 10% service charge (21% in total).
- This package cannot be combined with other promotions and airline mileage cannot be accrued.
- Decorating the room through an event company is prohibited.
- Candles are prohibited in hotel rooms for fire safety.
- Cancellations and changes to reservations of this package can be made until 6:00 PM three days before check-in. Otherwise, you will be subject to a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
- If you check in using the same package within 24 hours, it will not be considered a separate stay and no additional package benefits will be provided.
