- For dinner reservations, you must make a reservation by 5:00 PM on the desired date.
- Room service is not available at the hotel.
- The conference room may be reserved for a minimum of two hours. Please contact +82-52-990-1000 to make a reservation.
- It is located on the fifth floor and is open 24 hours a day. (If you need A4 paper, please ask at the Front Desk.)
- 5F. Hours are from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Workout clothes and shoes are not available, so please make sure to bring your own.
- Two bottles of complimentary mineral water are provided daily.
- It can be used free of charge. No password is required.
- The temperature can be adjusted in the room. The temperature will gradually increase or decrease after the desired temperature is set.
- We provide room cleaning services. If you press the Do Not Disturb button in your room, your room will not be cleaned.

- Minors (under 19 years of age) must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians in order to stay at the hotel.
- Yes, there are rooms available. Please contact the reservation office for access.
- Reservations made through the website may be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) one day prior to check-in.
If you change or cancel your reservation after the free cancellation period,
you will be liable to pay the equivalent of the first night's stay as a penalty, which will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
- The card used to make the reservation is only required to secure your booking on the website. Your payment will be processed at check-in.
- A currency exchange machine is available at the entrance of the hotel on the first floor from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Your passport is required to use the machine.
- A convenience store is located on the main street, just a 1 to 2 minute walk away.
- Rentals are not available.
- There is a coin laundromat on the fifth floor. (Open 24 hours. Washing machine: KRW 5,000 / Dryer: KRW 5,000 / Detergent: KRW 1,000 / An iron can be used free of charge.)
- There is a 24-hour self-service convenience store on the first floor. Only card payments are accepted. Alcoholic beverages cannot be purchased after midnight.
- Pets are not permitted in the hotel to prevent property damage.
- You can connect to the “LOTTE City Hotel Ulsan” Wi-Fi free of charge. No password is required.
- As a business hotel, we do not have a swimming pool.
- The underground parking lot fee is KRW 5,000 per day. Please make sure to pay at the machine before you exit in your vehicle.
When using the designated parking lot outside the hotel premises, you must register your license plate number to receive free parking.
- The Front Desk can store your luggage on the first floor any time before check-in or after check-out.
