Ulsan Grand Park
'SK Co., Ltd. invested KRW 100 billion to establish Ulsan Grand Park, which was donated to Ulsan Metropolitan City. Located in the city center, the park spans a large area of 3.3 million m2 and offers convenient access to residents. It was thoughtfully designed to allow citizens to experience Ulsan's vibrant industrial heritage and cultural riches. Since the 1960s, Ulsan has been at the forefront of economic development, achieving rapid growth. However, this progress also brought challenges, earning the city a reputation as a "polluted city" with a "poor quality of life." Ulsan Grand Park was established to address these issues, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the urban environment and improving the quality of life for its residents.

Taehwagang River
'The Taehwagang River is a 47.54 km long waterway with a basin area of 643.96 km², originating from the Baekunsan Mountain Tapgol Spring in Duseo-myeon, Ulju-gun, Ulsan, and flowing into the East Sea near Maeam-dong. Known as the lifeline of Ulsan, it has shared the region's history with its residents for generations. In addition to the famous Taehwagang Bamboo Forest, the river is home to over 700 native plants, as well as fish, birds, and animals, including salmon, sweetfish, egrets, swans, otters, and raccoons.
