[More than 4 Nights Stay] Seoul City Tour Bus Package

Guests who purchase a Seoul City Tour Bus ticket at the hotel can get on the bus with two convenient options.

① Get on at the Gwanghwamun ticket box
• Go to the Gwanghwamun ticket box and present your ticket to the staff. The staff will then record your boarding date and you’ll be able to get on the bus.
② Get on at any designated bus stops on the route
• Present your ticket to the bus driver. The driver will write your boarding date on the ticket, and you can then get on the bus.

* Please make sure to read the following before riding the bus.
• Please board after exchanging your ticket for a physical ticket at the Gwanghwamun ticket box.
• Closed every Monday (The bus runs on the regular schedule if Monday is a public holiday)
• No reserved seating on the bus
• Open-top double-decker bus. No standing on the upper level.
• The bus may be an open-top double-decker bus, glass-top double-decker bus, or half-open single-decker bus depending on the reservations, traffic, and vehicle availability.
• The schedule is subject to change in the event of a protest, a special event, or heavy traffic.
• The bus will continue to operate on rainy or snowy days.
• Please arrive early during peak times such as weekends, holidays, and vacation seasons.
• Pets are not permitted.
• No food or drinks permitted on the bus.

* Fares and Boarding Requirements:
• Child: Born in 2020 - high school student (as of 2025)
• If accompanied by a child: One toddler born on or after January 1, 2021 may board free of charge with each accompanying adult with a paid ticket. (Toddlers must sit on their guardian’s lap.)

* Note:
• The boarding date can only be written on the ticket by a staff member of the Seoul City Tour Bus, and cannot be written on the ticket by the customer or hotel.
• The issue date is printed on prepaid tickets. The expiration date is one year from the date of issue.
