- The most convenient route is via Airport Railroad (AREX), which takes around 20 minutes to Hongik Univ. Station, followed by a short 5-minute walk to the hotel.

- Breakfast at L7 HONGDAE by LOTTE is served at 'The Place' and features a variety of dishes, including Korean cuisine, Western selections, salads, and desserts. The menu changes slightly each day, offering seasonal specials and fresh local ingredients for a unique dining experience. We highly recommend trying it during your stay.

- The Hongdae and Yeonnam-dong area near L7 HONGDAE by LOTTE is filled with unique cafés and bakeries, all within a 15 minute walk. Please ask the Front Desk for recommendations.

- Bringing outside alcoholic beverages into your room at L7 HONGDAE by LOTTE is restricted. We recommend using the in-room minibar or the rooftop bar. For group events, prior consultation is required

- The rooftop pool at L7 HONGDAE by LOTTE offers breathtaking views of the Seoul skyline and operates outdoors from May to mid-September each year. Please check in advance, as the schedule may change depending on weather and hotel operations.

- The sun beds and chairs at the rooftop pool may be used for free. The cabanas may be used at a charge.

Please note that there is no swimsuit store. Please make sure to bring your own swimsuit.
- The rooftop pool is only for adults and requires an additional fee for access. Minors cannot enter the pool even when accompanied by an adult.
- The rooftop pool remains open during light showers but may close temporarily if there is heavy rain, typhoons, or thunderstorms for your safety. Please check with the Front Desk for the latest updates.

- The fitness center at L7 HONGDAE by LOTTE is located on the 5th floor and is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

- The meeting room is located on the 21st floor and requires advance reservation. Rental is available in 4-hour or 8-hour blocks, with a 10% tax added to all rates.

- Room service is available from 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM. You may view the menu and place an order by scanning the QR code in your room.

- At L7 HONGDAE by LOTTE, the view is determined by the room type you choose. Rooms offer either a Hongdae view or a Yeonnam-dong view. Please note that specific view preferences cannot be guaranteed.

- The mineral water and welcome drinks in your room are complimentary. (Welcome drinks are offered only once at the beginning your stay.)
- You can use the thermostat attached to the wall of your room to adjust the temperature.
- If you are staying two nights or more, the department in charge will clean your room. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, please contact the front desk or activate the DND button in your room.
- You can use the phone in your room. Please note that any charges for external calls must be settled at the front desk upon check-out.

If you change or cancel your reservation after the free cancellation period,
you will be liable to pay the equivalent of the first night's stay as a penalty, which will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
- The card used to make the reservation is only required to secure your booking on the website. Your payment will be processed at check-in.
- Payment is not required if you prepaid for your reservation on the reservation website.
If you selected to pay on-site during your reservation, full payment for your stay is required at check-in to receive access to your room.

- There is a laundry room for hotel guests on the fifth floor. Coins are required to use the washing machines and dryers.

- The swimming pool is located on the 22nd floor. It is an outdoor swimming pool and is only open in the summer.
This is a paid facility that is only open to hotel guests. (Adults only, over 19yrs, but 1slot is accessible for over 17yrs.)

Parcel service is not available for luggage items. Parcels can only be mailed in boxes.
