- Locker Usage GuidelinesPlease read the following guidelines carefully regarding our locker storage service. These terms and conditions take effect when storing or retrieving items for the use of the service. Using the lockers indicates your agreement to these terms and conditions.
1) The self-service lockers are exclusively for L7 Hongdae guests.
2) Operating hours: 07:00 - 22:00.
3) Please carry your barcode when storing your items.
4) Lockers are available for same-day storage only during operating hours.
5) If you need to store items for more than one day, please visit the 21F Front Desk.
6) Unclaimed items will be kept for up to three days, with a storage fee of 50,000 KRW per day.
7) After three days, unclaimed items will be disposed of according to our policy, and no claims will be accepted.
8) To retrieve stored items, please visit the 21F Front Desk and complete payment. - Important Notices1)The hotel is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of items stored under normal conditions.
2)The lockers must only be used for storage purposes.
3)Prohibited items :
Items exceeding 30kg or too large to fit inside the locker.
Explosives, flammable materials, weapons, toxic substances, drugs, or protest materials.
Perishable items, food, animals, cash, valuables, or items with strong odors.
4)If oversized items cause the locker door to malfunction or break, the guest will be responsible for repair costs (700,000 KRW).
5)If hotel staff are required to assist with a user related issue, an emergency response fee may apply.
6)The hotel is not liable for loss or damage due to:
User negligence or failure to verify storage.
Natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or law enforcement actions.
Items that were disposed for non-retrieval. - Etc.The hotel may suspend locker services temporarily for maintenance or improvements.
Locker service policies may change without prior notice to improve service quality.
