- We apologize, but L7 GWANGMYEONG by LOTTE HOTELS does not provide a shuttle service.
- The check-in at L7 GWANGMYEONG by LOTTE HOTELS begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- The In & Out desk is located on the 5th floor. Mobile check‑in is available from 2:00 PM for faster service. For check‑out, guests may use mobile check‑out or drop their room key in the express check‑out box inside the elevator for convenience. (The express check-out box may be used only by guests with no outstanding charges.)
- Luggage storage is available at the In & Out Desk on the fifth floor.
Additionally, unmanned lockers are located on the first floor. A fee of KRW 2,000-4,000 per item applies for the first 12 hours of storage. Please note that additional charges will apply for storage beyond 12 hours.
- Free parking is available for one vehicle per room upon registration.
* Please note that you must register your vehicle before exiting the parking lot. Once you exit and the parking fee has been processed, registration cannot be applied retroactively.
- The swimming pool is located on the 7th floor and features a retractable roof with expansive views.
For guest‑only facilities:
The use of this facility is complimentary and reserved exclusively for hotel guests. (During the peak season in July-August, entry is limited to guests with pool packages.)
During the off-peak season (January-June and September-December), the pool operates on a three-session system on weekdays and a four-session system on weekends and public holidays. The last session of the four is for adults only.
During the peak season (July-August), the pool operates on a four-session system, regardless of the day of the week. The last session is for adults only.
- The ID is "L7 GWANGMYEONG" and is available throughout the hotel without requiring a password.
- All rooms at L7 GWANGMYEONG by LOTTE HOTELS are equipped with smart TVs. You can use the phone mirroring feature or log in with your ID and password to access streaming services. Please make sure to log out before checking out.
- Please note that pets are not allowed to stay in our hotel rooms.
- A MAXI BAR vending machine is located on the 5th floor. You can purchase beverages, snacks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other basic amenities.
- A coin laundry room exclusive for guests is located on the 2nd floor and can be used with cash.
Washing costs KRW 2,500, drying costs KRW 2,500, and detergent and fabric softener cost KRW 500 each.
Please note that you need to tap your room card key to enter the coin laundry room.
- Wheelchairs and strollers are available for use within the hotel. As quantities are limited, please contact the Information Desk or the Front Desk if you wish to use one.
- There is a 24-hour convenience store located on the first floor of the hotel.
- You can use the WOW PASS currency exchange machine located on the 5th floor.

- Each guest receives one bottle of water per night. For additional water, please use the ice and water dispenser on the 2nd floor.
Wine glasses, ice buckets, disposable utensils, and other items will be delivered to your room upon request.
- The card registered during the website reservation is for guarantee purposes only. Your payment will be processed at check-in.
- Website reservations can be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) one day before check-in. If you do not check in on the reserved date or cancel the reservation after the specified time above, your reservation will be treated as a “no-show”, and you will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first night's room rate.
- Yes, accessible rooms are available. L7 GWANGMYEONG by LOTTE HOTELS has seven accessible rooms designed for guests with disabilities. If you wish to use one, please book directly on our website or contact the reservations office by phone.
- Minors (under the age of 19) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to stay at the hotel.
- Only suites and some other rooms can accommodate extra beds, and additional charges will apply. Please contact the reservation office for more details.
- We’re sorry, but L7 GWANGMYEONG by LOTTE HOTELS does not provide pick-up or drop-off services.

- For reservations prepaid through a booking site, no additional payment is required. However, for pay-on-site reservations, payment must be completed at check-in before using the room.
- The room views at L7 GWANGMYEONG by LOTTE HOTELS are mainly divided into two types: Gwangmyeong Station view and City view.
- The main phone number for L7 GWANGMYEONG by LOTTE HOTELS is +82-2-2000-7100. After selecting your language, please press 2 to be connected to the In & Out Desk.
- Please insert your room key into the key holder near the entrance. This activates the power supply in the room and you can then turn the lights on or off using the wall buttons.
If the lights still don't work after inserting your key, please contact the In & Out Desk on the 5th floor. Our staff will visit your room to check the issue.
- The windows cannot be opened manually; they open automatically in case of an emergency.

Local, long-distance, and international calls are not available.
- The Energy Studio at L7 GWANGMYEONG by LOTTE HOTELS is located on the 6th floor and operates 24 hours without staff.
Please change into your own workout clothes and shoes, and access the facility by tapping your room key. (Proper attire required. Changing clothes inside the facility is not allowed.)
- For stays of two nights or more, housekeeping is carried out sequentially by our housekeeping team.
Rooms are cleaned between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you wish to have your bedding changed, please place the gray card provided in your room on your bed.
To decline housekeeping, please display the DND (Do Not Disturb) sign in your room.
- Please use the thermostat on the wall in your room to set the temperature to at least 3°C different from the current room temperature. The air conditioning or heating will then be activated and will adjust the indoor temperature accordingly.
- The Business Corner is an exclusive facility for guests, located in the Media Lounge on the 5th floor, near the In & Out Desk.
PCs are free to use, but printing services are available for a fee.
It costs KRW 300 for black-and-white printing and KRW 500 for color printing per page. If you require other services such as faxing or scanning, please contact the In & Out Desk.
- ∙ The pool is available for use once per day of stay.
∙ Male and female changing rooms and shower facilities are located by the Infinity Pool on the 7th floor. Please wear your own swimsuit and a swim cap to use the facility.
∙ For safety, persons who have consumed alcohol are restricted from entering.
∙ Diving, jumping, or running is prohibited for safety reasons.
∙ The use of all swim tubes, flippers, and similar items is prohibited, with the exception of arm floats, neck floats, and life vests for toddlers.
∙ Guest room slippers are not permitted due to the risk of slipping.
∙ Please store valuables in the in-room safe or the pool lockers. The hotel is not responsible for any loss of items that are not stored properly.
∙ All guests are responsible for their own safety while using the pool, and the hotel is not liable for any injuries or losses during pool use.
- Room service is available from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM. The menu can be found in the information guide provided in your room.

- Yes, the pool has a retractable roof and operates in various weather conditions including strong winds or heavy rain.
However, access to the pool may be restricted when inspection, maintenance, or changes are required due to internal facility circumstances.
- The pool cannot be reserved for private use and is a shared facility for all hotel guests.
During peak season (July-August), the pool is exclusively available to guests with pool package reservations. During other periods, it is available free of charge to all hotel guests.
- Hotel guests may use the facility for free. (During peak season in July-August, entry is limited to pool package guests.)
However, children under the age of 12 are not permitted to enter or use the pool without a guardian. Guardians must pay special attention to the safety of children.

- The use of sun beds and chairs in the swimming pool area is free of charge.
Life jackets are available for rental. However, please note that rentals may not be possible if stock is unavailable.
- Both meeting rooms and guest rooms require reservations. For inquiries, please contact the In & Out Desk at +82-2-2000-7100.
- The hotel does not have a store that sells swimsuits, swim caps, or other swimming supplies. Please be sure to bring your own swimming gear to wear.
