- Banquet events can be held in the Emerald Room. Enter through the front door on the first floor of the hotel, take the elevators to the fourth floor, and the room is on the right.
- Group dining is available in a buffet format at C’cafe on the third floor. For banquet events, the Emerald Room is available on the fourth floor. The barbecue menu is available in the dome on the C’cafe terrace on the third floor. Reservations must be made at least three days in advance.

- The business center is on the first floor, to the right of the Front Desk. The password will be provided to you at check-in. Printing services are available at KRW 200 per sheet.
- The fitness center is on the fourth floor. It is exclusively for hotel guests and can be accessed using your room key. We do not provide workout clothes, shoes, or socks, so please make sure to bring your own.
- There are two bottles of complimentary mineral water in the refrigerator.

- There is a thermostat on the wall of the bedroom. You can set it to the desired temperature. Please note that it may take 30 minutes to an hour until the temperature reaches the set temperature.
- Rooms are cleaned between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Press the “Make Up Room” button from your room or dial “0” on the phone to contact the Front Desk and request housekeeping.
- It can be used, but additional charges will apply if you use the phone to make calls outside the hotel.
- Payment for your stay must be completed at check-in.
- Yes, you can. Turn the window handle to the left and push outward.
- Tap the room key on the keypad of your room door. When the green light flickers and you hear a sound, push the door to open it.
- Please double check if your key is inserted in the wall of your room. If the light does not turn on even with the key inserted, a staff member will visit your room to check on the issue.
- Dial “0” on the phone in your room to speak to the Front Desk.
- We currently offer the popular City View or the eMart View (Gwanaksan Mountain View) on the opposite side.

- Minors (under 19 years of age) must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians in order to stay at the hotel.
- Yes, there are rooms available. Please contact the reservation office for access.
- Reservations made through the website may be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) one day prior to check-in.
If you change or cancel your reservation after the free cancellation period,
you will be liable to pay the equivalent of the first night's stay as a penalty, which will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
- The card used to make the reservation is only required to secure your booking on the website. Your payment will be processed at check-in.
- There is a currency exchange machine in front of the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. (You must have your passport or ID to use the currency exchange machine.)
- The nearest convenience store is on the opposite side of the four-way intersection to the left of the front entrance of the hotel.
- We have one wheelchair and one stroller. Please contact the Front Desk in advance to confirm availability for rental.
- There are two washing machines and two dryers at the coin laundromat on the fourth floor. (Wash cycle: KRW 5,000, Dry cycle: KRW 5,000, Detergent: KRW 1,000)
- There is a vending machine at the back entrance of the hotel.
- Pets are not permitted in the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience.

- Please let us know the license plate number, and we will register the vehicle so that you can park for free during your stay. You may enter and exit the parking lot at any time until your check-out date. Please note that free parking is only for guests staying at the hotel.
- Please inquire at the Front Desk before check-in or after check-out and we will store your luggage for you.
- Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
- We do not offer a shuttle service. However, you can take a limousine bus to Incheon Airport which you can board right in front of the hotel.
