A: Complete the (Designated) Family Member Change Application Form (with all other required documents), submit the original documents by mail, and pay a fee of KRW 110,000 per case (VAT included). Your membership information will be updated, and a new card will be issued and sent by mail.

A taxi ride from the Jeju International Airport to ART VILLAS JEJU takes approximately 45 minutes, with a fare of around KRW 35,000–40,000.
Or travel approximately 40 minutes to Yeomiji Botanical Garden (KRW 4,500) by airport limousine bus, and then take a taxi for approximately 10 minutes to ART VILLAS (approximately KRW 8,000).
The Jeju Airport shuttle takes approximately one hour. If you wish to use the shuttle service, reservations must be made by 4:00 PM the day before use (subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis).

- If you wish to change the person in charge for a corporate membership, the new person in charge must first sign up as a member and then submit a request to change the person in charge at the bottom of My Page > Owner Membership/Affiliate Verification.
After entering the required information and uploading supporting documents, the change request will be submitted to the Membership Management Team. The change will be completed upon the administrator’s approval. Once the change is completed, a notification will be sent to the cell phone number of the newly registered person in charge. After receiving the notification, the new person in charge may complete membership verification and begin using membership services.
- Admission is free for infants under 36 months of age. Documentation such as a health insurance card or resident registration certificate must be presented to verify the date of birth.
Please note that free admission cannot be provided without supporting documents.
- The coin wristbands (locker keys) can be loaded with prepaid funds and used for payment at food and beverage outlets and for paid rental items within the theme park.
Coins can be loaded at the Charging/Settlement Counter using cash or credit cards. Gift certificates and room billing are not accepted.
Any remaining balance after using the coins can be refunded at the Charging/Settlement Counter. Balances loaded with cash will be refunded in cash. Balances loaded with a credit card will be refunded by canceling the original load transaction and recharging only the amount actually used.
- Payment may be made on-site using LOTTE HOTELS Gift Certificates, LOTTE Department Store Gift Certificates, and National Tourism Gift Certificates.
- For new enrollment, acquisition tax is reported by the Company to the relevant authority. A tax bill will be mailed to the member’s mailing address. Please make payment by the due date upon receipt of the bill. (Pursuant to Article 8 (1) 9 of the Local Tax Act)
