Note
- · Restricted Users
· Intoxicated guests are prohibited from entry for safety reasons.
· Guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or infectious diseases (e.g., eye infections, skin infections) are restricted from using the facilities.
· For safety reasons, minors are not permitted to enter without an adult guardian.
· When entering the locker room for the opposite sex, only children under 105 cm in height and 48 months of age may enter, and must be ac·companied by a guardian. (in accordance with the Public Health Control Act).
· If the above criteria are exceeded, entry is permitted through the complimentary child escort service.
· Clothing and Accessory Restrictions
· Entry is not permitted without aqua shoes and swim caps (Crocs, sandals, slippers, and visors are not permitted).
· Children 130 cm or shorter must wear a life jacket.
· Swimwear with decorations, garments with metal or plastic hooks, and denim materials are not permitted.
· Accessories that pose a risk of loss or accident, such as earrings, eyeglasses, and sunglasses, are prohibited.
· Restricted Items
· Tubes with a diameter of one meter or more, glass bottles, fruits with seeds, and outside food other than baby food or medical patient food are not permitted.
· LOTTE gift certificates of any type cannot be used at the charging stations.
· Preparation Before Use
· To maintain clean water quality, showering before use is recommended.
· When using the Kids’ Pool slide, only children between 85 cm and 130 cm tall are permitted.
· Other Safety Guidelines
· Comply with the instructions of safety personnel.
· The facility is not liable for accidents caused by personal negligence.
· Hours of operation are subject to change depending on weather and site conditions.
· Item Storage and Loss
· Valuables should be stored in the safe deposit box at the cashier. The facility is not liable for theft or loss of items which are not in the safe. (In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act).
· Rules of Use
· When using rental services or the food court, cash and credit cards are not accepted; payment is accepted only via prepaid locker keys.
· A KRW 20,000 fee applies for lost locker keys.
· Available for use before check-in or after check-out during your period of stay.
· Sauna access is included with Aqua Garden admission.
· Re-entry is not permitted after exit.
