- Yes, you can pay for your reservation with multiple cards at the Front Desk on 38F of the LOTTE HOTEL HANOI
- Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a dedicated swimwear store. However, nearby shopping malls might offer such options.
- Yes, children under 36 months old are able to enter the pool area when accompanied by an adult and wearing proper diapers or swim pants. However, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times and adhere to the swimming pools' regulations.
- Unfortunately, private pool use with reservations is not available. Use is shared among all hotel guests.
- Yes, the outdoor pool is open during rainy weather if conditions are safe. The hotel staff will assess the situation and make announcements if necessary.

- The banquet halls are located on the 6F floors of the hotel. Access to the halls is through designated elevators and staircases.

It's always recommended to contact the hotel as early as possible, especially for large events, to ensure availability and discuss your specific needs in detail.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in any of the hotel's restaurants.
- Unfortunately, smoking is not allowed in any of the hotel's restaurants. However, we have a smoking area in Pharaoh's Bar ＆ Upper, which is the upper zone of Pharaoh's Bar ＆ Upper. There are also designated smoking areas outside the hotel.
- Breakfast is served daily at the hotel's Grill63 restaurant from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- While we encourage family time at LOTTE HOTEL HANOI, unfortunately, access to the bar area is restricted to guests aged 18 and above. This is due to the presence of alcoholic beverages on the menu, which are not suitable for consumption by children.
- Yes, you can make reservations for meals at the hotel's restaurants. For all restaurants except Top of Hanoi, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis, we invite you to reserve your table in advance. This can be done by calling the hotline directly, or through the concierge upon arrival. Please kindly check the restaurants' information as below.
- Yes, LOTTE HOTEL HANOI offers room service 24 hours a day. You can find the room service menu in your room. Just by simply scan the QR code on your room key holder to access the menu and dial the hotline at extension number 1 to place your order.
- Unfortunately, our hotel does not currently offer OTT (Over-the-Top) service on our TVs. However, we do provide a variety of other in-room entertainment options for our guests to enjoy.
- Only mineral water marked “free” is free of charge. Please note that there is a charge for other drinks within the refrigerator.
- As a general rule, the housekeeper will clean the rooms between 8:00 AM to 04:30 PM and 01:30 PM to 10:00 PM every day.
If you feel you do not need changing linen, please put the "THINK NATURE CARD" tag on the bed or shower shelf & If you feel you do not need the cleaning service "DO NOT DISTURB CARD" on the doorknob on the corridor side of the door.

- As a general rule, payment is required upon arrival. If you use additional services during your stay, we will settle the payment at the time of departure.
Particularly during high season, it can get crowded at the front desk for check-outs around 12:00 AM on the day of departure. Please be considerate and give yourself plenty of time to settle your bill.
- Unfortunately, due to safety reasons and the elevated location of our hotel rooms on the higher floors, the windows in our rooms are fixed and cannot be opened. However, please rest assured that our rooms are designed with full-wall windows, offering stunning views of the city skyline while providing ample natural light.

- Our room rate is calculated by stay per room per night.
- All hotel rooms can be accessed with a wheelchair. On the other hand, there is one step-free room in the Building for disabled guest.
Depending on the room type or other circumstances of your reservation, we may not be able to fulfill specific requests, so please contact us in advance.
- There are two types of rooms available: the "City Central View" rooms looking up at the capital's center districts, and the "West Lake View" looking down with a glimpse of the biggest lake in Hanoi.

- We kindly ask that you make a deposit for your stay upon check-in and settle all payments at check-out.

- Yes, it is available at the Front Desk on 38F of the LOTTE HOTEL HANOI.
- We have a LOTTE Mart on the B1F and Korean Mart on 7F. Moreover, Circle K, Tomibun, Winmart are around 10 minutes walk.
- Wheelchairs and strollers are available, but may only be used inside the hotel.
Numbers are limited, so please inform the information desk or front desk if you wish to make use of these.
- Unfortunately, we do not have coin laundry machines and dryers in the hotel. Nevertheless, we have laundry service. Please contact the Housekeeping Order Taker (ext: 1310) or Laundry Office (ext: 1316)
- Unfortunately, we do not have any rooms where guests can stay with their pets.
- Free Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel and within the rooms.

- The parking lot can be used free of charge for the in-house guests. We provide 1 free parking tickets/day/room.
- You may leave your luggage with the front desk or bell desk ( 1F) before check-in and after check-out.
- Check-in procedures are available from 03:00 PM. The standard check-out time is before 12:00 PM
Please note that the check-in time may be delayed depending on the number of guests.
- To get to LOTTE HOTEL HANOI, you have several transportation options depending on your starting point:
1. Taxi/Car Service: You can hire a taxi or a car service to take you directly to LOTTE HOTEL HANOI. Make sure to provide the hotel's address to the driver. Lotte Hotel Hanoi's address is: 54 Lieu Giai Street, Cong Vi Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam. You could find Mai Linh Taxi, Xanh SM or Group Taxi as all of them are reliable taxi brands in Hanoi.
2. Public Transportation: You can use Hanoi's public transportation system, such as buses.
There are several bus stations near the hotel: Hanoi International School (48 Lieu Giai Street), Institute of Physics - IOP (10 Dao Tan Street)
However, you may need to combine multiple modes of transportation and possibly do some walking depending on the nearest station to your starting point and its distance from the hotel.
3. Airport Transfer: If you are arriving at Noi Bai International Airport, LOTTE HOTEL HANOI can offer airport transfer services. You can inquire about this service when making your reservation or contact the hotel directly.
- Address your package to the hotel’s street address and mark it for the attention of the LOTTE HOTEL HANOI Bell Desk. If you are a guest of the hotel, please include the name used on the reservation and the hotel's name.
