| Q1. What should I do if the parking garage is full at L7 HAEUNDAE by LOTTE HOTELS? | |
| We apologize that we cannot provide sufficient parking spaces for all our guests. However, the parking lot at SIGNIEL BUSAN (LCT) is available, and as a token of apology, it’s free of charge during your stay. Please search “SIGNIEL BUSAN” on your GPS. Although it’s a 15-minute walk from L7 HAEUNDAE, there are plenty of parking spaces, so you can save time trying to park your car, and even enjoy a view of Haeundae Beach on your way in and out. If you are visiting with your family, we recommend dropping them off at the hotel and then driving to SIGNIEL BUSAN (LCT) for parking. Once you arrive back at L7 HAEUNDAE after parking, your family will have completed the check-in. You can then relax and enjoy the comfort of your room together. If you park at SIGNIEL BUSAN (LCT), you must provide the front desk with your parking space and vehicle details to receive free parking. If a space becomes available in the parking lot at L7 HAEUNDAE, you can move your car at any time. However, please be aware that the parking rates at L7 HAEUNDAE are KRW 5,000 per night. | |
| Q2. Where should I park if I’m driving a large van that cannot enter the automatic parking garage (Carnival, Staria, Starex, Sienna, etc.)? If the self-parking lot is full and you cannot use the automatic parking garage, you have two options: | |
| ① Seek assistance from the hotel parking agent and park in the back of the hotel or on Floor B1. On Floor B1, please be careful of vehicles coming in and out, as you must walk through Floor 1 or B2. (Please note that parking fees cannot be paid at the first-floor entrance. Make sure you pay the parking fee in advance before exiting with your vehicle.) ② You are also free to use the parking lot at SIGNIEL BUSAN as mentioned in Q1. (Free parking during your stay) ③ If you are driving a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, you can only park in the back of the hotel. Please contact the hotel in advance. (Cannot be parked at SIGNIEL BUSAN) | |
| Q3. What are the hours of operation for the automatic parking garage? The automatic parking garage is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You cannot enter or exit with your vehicle from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. | |

| Q4. Do I need to pay for parking before exiting the parking lot? | |
| Yes. Since parking fees cannot be paid at the first-floor entrance, we kindly request that you pay at the kiosk located on your parking floor before exiting the parking lot. Once payment is made, you can enjoy unlimited parking and exits during your stay. However, please note that parking spaces may be limited when you return to the parking lot after going out.
