The nearest convenience store is on the opposite side of the four-way intersection to the left of the front entrance of the hotel.
There is a currency exchange machine in front of the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. (You must have your passport or ID to use the currency exchange machine.)
The card used to make the reservation is only required to secure your booking on the website. Your payment will be processed at check-in.
Reservations made through the website may be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) one day prior to check-in.
If you change or cancel your reservation after the free cancellation period,
you will be liable to pay the equivalent of the first night's stay as a penalty, which will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.

The fitness center is on the fourth floor. It is exclusively for hotel guests and can be accessed using your room key. We do not provide workout clothes, shoes, or socks, so please make sure to bring your own.
The business center is on the first floor, to the right of the Front Desk. The password will be provided to you at check-in. Printing services are available at KRW 200 per sheet.

Group dining is available in a buffet format at C’cafe on the third floor. For banquet events, the Emerald Room is available on the fourth floor. The barbecue menu is available in the dome on the C’cafe terrace on the third floor. Reservations must be made at least three days in advance.
Banquet events can be held in the Emerald Room. Enter through the front door on the first floor of the hotel, take the elevators to the fourth floor, and the room is on the right.
