LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS (including domestic and overseas chains) reservation and service use information, points accumulation and redemption history, and IP/cookie information
Purpose of the collection and use of personal information
- - Room or golf course reservation and the provision of services on subsequent visits
- - Verification and personal identification to provide membership services
- - Provision of membership services, including discounts and points accumulation or redemption for services provided by the Company (in relation to the hotel, resort, golf course, duty free, and Lotte World)
- - Membership management and announcements
- - Securing effective channels of communication for handling complaints and settling legal disputes, etc.
Retention and usage period of personal information
- Upon membership withdrawal, it is stored until the end of the mandatory retention period under applicable laws and regulations.
You may refuse consent, but you will not be eligible for LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS Rewards benefits from LOTTE RESORTS and LOTTE SKYHILL CC.
Exceptions to the retention and usage period
- - If you are already registered for other membership programs of the Company, such as Booker or Trevi Club, personal information required for the provision of such services will be retained until membership withdrawal from these programs.
- - Records of consumer dispute settlements and improper use or acts in violation of public order (name, contact information, email, and stay information) are retained for three years from the collection date and destroyed thereafter.
