- Minors (under 19 years of age) must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians in order to stay at the hotel.
- Reservations made through the website may be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) one day prior to check-in.
If you change or cancel your reservation after the free cancellation period,
you will be liable to pay the equivalent of the first night's stay as a penalty, which will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
- The card used to make the reservation is only required to secure your booking on the website. Your payment will be processed at check-in.
- The maximum daily rate is KRW 25,000 for parking up to 24 hours.
- Yes, you can. You can park anywhere in the underground parking at the LOTTE Mall.
- You can board at Bus Stop No. 7 on the first floor of the international flight terminal at Gimpo Airport.
- It takes about 40 minutes by taxi. It takes about one hour by public transportation (bus or subway).
- Starting from 5:00 AM, it will take approximately 10 minutes if you walk through floor GF of the LOTTE Mall.
- Yes, it is possible using floor GF of the LOTTE Mall starting from 5:00 AM. It will take about 10 - 15 minutes.
- They are L16 - L17 on P1, Q25 - Q27 on P2, R26, and Q35-37 on P3.

- Yes, it is located on the first floor, and it is available 24 hours a day.
- All areas in the hotel, including the hotel rooms, are strictly non-smoking. (A penalty will be charged per night for any violation of this policy.)
- Yes. It is located on the first floor. There will be a staff member on-site to help you until midnight, and it will be self-service from midnight to 6:00 AM. You cannot purchase alcohol or cigarettes from midnight to 6:00 AM.
- Yes. Wheelchairs and strollers can be borrowed at the front desk on the first floor. (Because we only have one of each available, we kindly ask that you make a reservation in advance.)
- Yes. The coin laundromat is on the second floor of the hotel. (Available 24 hours)
