- To register, please visit the front desk on the ninth floor and explain that you are an event space guest.

The maximum capacity for Talk & Play is 70 people, and for Talk & Talk 12 people.

- Room service is available from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Press “1041” from the phone in your room to place an order.
- Please use the MAXI BAR (vending machine) in the lobby on the ninth floor.
- The coin laundromat is on the ninth floor and is open 24 hours a day.
There are washing machines, dryers, a change machine, a detergent vending machine, irons, and ironing boards The washing machine and dryer cost KRW 5,000 each. Detergent packs cost KRW 1,000 each.
- This is a free space exclusively for guests and is located on the outdoor terrace on the 10th floor, open from 10am to 10pm.However
For customer safety, operations may be suspended due to weather conditions, and the winter season (December-March) is not open.
- This space is exclusively for hotel guests. It is located on the ninth floor and is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please bring your own workout clothes, socks, and shoes.
- The mirroring feature may be used on Galaxy devices. If you have an iPhone, please visit the front desk to rent a mirroring device.
However, streaming services cannot be used on iPhones due to conflicts with the Apple security policy and copyright issues.
- You can watch Netflix, press the INPUT (external input) button on the remote control, connect to HDMI 1, and log in with your personal account.

- The refrigerator in the room does not include a freezer. Please visit the front desk on the ninth floor and we will store your items for you.
- Complimentary amenities including two bottles of mineral water, drip coffee, slippers, bathrobe, shower cap, cotton swab, body sponge, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion are available in the room.
In accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources, hotels with 50 or more rooms are prohibited from providing disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Please purchase these items from the MAXI BAR (vending machine) on the ninth floor or at the Convenience store on the outside of the first floor.
- You may make calls to locations within and outside the hotel using the phone in your room.

- We do not charge for additional guests, but please check the capacity according to the room type, and we can provide additional bedding at a cost. (33,000 won per night)
- Minors (under 19 years of age) must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians in order to stay at the hotel.
- The rooms are located between floors 11 and 27, and we offer the City View or Garden View.

- If you made your reservation on the official website, you can cancel your reservation by 6:00 PM one day before check-in (KST). If you made your reservation using certain promotions or another company’s platform, the cancellation policy may vary.
If your reservation is changed or canceled after the free cancellation deadline, a penalty equivalent to the rate of the first night of your reservation will be charged.
- The card you registered when booking on the website is for guarantee purposes, and payment will be made on-site at check-in.
However, if you have booked a prepaid product or are using mobile check-in on the day of your check-in, you can pay online in advance.
- There is a 24-hour convenience store (7-Eleven) about 30m behind the hotel on the first floor.
- There is a currency exchange machine in the lobby of the ninth floor. If you wish to use the machine, you must bring a form of identification (passport, driver’s license, resident registration card, etc.)
- Please note that pets are not allowed to stay in our hotel rooms.
- Please visit the front desk on the ninth floor and we will assist you with storing your luggage.
- One free parking space per room is available, and you can park in and out during your stay by providing your vehicle number to the front desk after entering. However, please use an external paid parking lot if the parking lot is full.
- Late check-out up to 3:00 PM will incur an additional charge equivalent to 30% of the regular room rate, 50% of the room rate up to 5:00 PM check-out, and 100% for check-out after 5:00 PM.
(You must make a reservation in advance. If you let us know on the same day, late check-out may not be available depending on room availability.)
- Early check-in may be available on the day of check-in depending on the circumstances. An additional fee of KRW 40,000 will apply for check-in between 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM and KRW 80,000 for check-in between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The equivalent of one night’s stay will be charged for check-in before 9:00 AM.
- Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is up to 11:00 AM.
- We have bed guards available for rent. However, supplies are limited so please check for availability in advance.

(Rush orders are accepted until 7:00 PM and will incur a 100% surcharge on the regular rate.)
