- Both event spaces at the hotel can be used for weddings.
The main Crystal Ballroom can accommodate up to 170 guests. The second event space, the Ruby Room, can accommodate up to 100 guests (live-stream of the wedding on a screen). In total, the maximum capacity is 270 guests.

- The business corner is located on the first floor. There are two desktop computers, a printer, fax machine, and various office supplies. It is open 24 hours a day.

- The fitness center is exclusively for hotel guests, located on the second floor, and is open 24 hours a day.
The facilities include a shower room, changing room, and personal lockers. Please bring your own workout clothes and sneakers.
- The refrigerator in the room is a mini refrigerator and can only store small beverages and snacks.
- Baby cradles, toddler beds, and bed guards are available free of charge.
However, please be aware that quantities are limited. If you require any such items, kindly make a request in advance after booking your stay.

However, please be aware that quantities are limited. Kindly make a request in advance after booking your stay.

Only the person who made the reservation or the person registered at check-in can make a request. For faster assistance, please provide your stay dates or room number.
- You can set a wake-up call on the phone in your room, or you can request a call from the front desk.
- Extra beds are not available.
- Our hotel does not store food or offer food delivery services.
If necessary, please pick up your food outside the hotel.
However, if any food contamination occurs in the room, you may incur additional charges.

- The Hollywood Double (bed size: width 2.2 m (1.1 m x 2) * length (2 m))
is two single beds combined in one. It is 1.5 times wider than a typical double bed.
It offers added comfort for customers who require more space or families with young children.

- Based on the season, the cooling/heating system operates through the central control system.
You may adjust the temperature using the controller on the wall of your room. After setting the temperature, the current temperature will be shown automatically.
- Housekeeping takes place in sequential order from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
The exact housekeeping time cannot be scheduled. If you require a specific time for housekeeping, please contact the front desk.
As part of our efforts to protect the environment, we only change sheets every three days. However, if you require your sheets to be changed more frequently, then you can make a separate request.
If you do not wish your room to be cleaned, use the wall controller and press the “Do Not Disturb” button.
- You may make calls to locations within and outside the hotel using the phone in your room.

- Payment for your stay occurs at check-in.
If prepayment is required, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with a visit or deposit.
- Some windows may be opened. When opening the window, insects may enter the room, so please make sure to close the screen.
- After tagging your card key on the key box, turn the handle to open the door. Simply shut the door to close it.
- Insert your card key in the room, and use the controller in the room to adjust.
- If you need help or information, press 0 on the phone in your room to contact a staff member.

- Reservations made through the website may be canceled or changed until 6:00 PM (KST) one day prior to check-in.
If you change or cancel your reservation after the free cancellation period,
you will be liable to pay the equivalent of the first night's stay as a penalty, which will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
- Only the person who made the reservation can check in.
If they are unable to check in, then please make sure that the person who checks in presents the reservation confirmation. Also, please contact the hotel in advance and let us know the name of the person who made the reservation and the guest who will be staying at the hotel.
Please note there may be restrictions depending on the reservation.
- Rooms with convenience facilities are available for guests with disabilities. Please contact the hotel in advance.
- The view (city view/river view) may be different depending on the room type. Rooms with a river view will incur an additional charge (KRW 20,000 + VAT).
- The card used to make the reservation is only required to secure your booking on the website. Your payment will be processed at check-in.
- All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Please only smoke outside the hotel premises.
There is a smoking booth on the right side of the main gate.
If you are found to be smoking in the room, a penalty will be charged for room cleaning, and the fire alarm may go off.
- Microwaves are not available for guest use.
If you need to heat up baby food or special food for patient care, please contact the hotel.
- In accordance with Article 29 of the Juvenile Protection Act, (Prohibition of Hiring Youths and Access Restriction, etc.) minors (under the age of 19) cannot stay at our establishment.
Minors (under 19 years of age) must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians in order to stay at the hotel.

- There is an ATM on the first floor.

Quantities are limited. If you wish to avail of this service, please contact the hotel in advance.
Unfortunately, we do not have baby strollers available.
- The coin laundromat on the second floor is open 24 hours a day.

- Please use the City Express (vending machine) on the first floor. You can purchase light snacks, beverages, and disposable items.
- We love pets, but we don’t allow them to stay at our hotel so we can offer a comfortable environment for all guests.
However, service dogs with a “service dog” patch in accordance with Article 36, Paragraph 3 of the Act on Welfare of Persons With Disabilities may enter the premises.

- Parking is available for one car per room.
Parking spaces are provided on a first-come, first-served basis at check-in. Parking cannot be reserved in advanced and there are no assigned spaces.
If the parking lot is full, you will not be able to park. We highly recommend that our guests use public transportation.

- The front desk on the first floor offers luggage storage services.
- There are kiosks on the first floor for easy check-in and check-out.
However, this service may be limited depending on how you made your reservation.
- Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
However, guests with special benefits, such as late check-in, will be eligible for the check-in/check-out times specified in their promotion.
If you need the time to be adjusted, please contact us in advance. You may incur a fee for this.
