- Cancellation of/changes to package reservations can be made until 6:00 PM 2 days before your check-in. Please note that a penalty fee equal to one-night's stay will be charged.
- If you do not check in on the date booked or if you cancel the reservation after the time above, please note that the reservation is treated as a 'No Show', and a cancellation charge equal to the hotel room charge for the first night's stay will be billed.
