Lotty and Lorry visit your room to deliver warm greetings and create special, unforgettable moments.
• Location: LOTTE HOTEL WORLD, 8th Floor (Lotty Lorry Character Rooms)
• Eligibility: Guests staying in Lotty Lorry Character Rooms
• Details: In-room character greeting, photo sessions, and delivery of gifts provided by guests (Optional)
• Dates: Every Saturday (Excl. 12. 26), Children's Day Week (5. 1 – 5. 5), Christmas (12. 24 – 12. 25)
• Time: 5:00 PM – 5:20 PM (Approx. 15 – 20 min)
• Procedure: Sequential visits starting from Room 802
• Notice:
· Gift Delivery: Gifts must be dropped off at the Concierge desk after check-in to be included in the delivery service.
· Greeting Only: Character greetings and photo sessions will proceed even if no gift is provided.
· Room Visits: If there is no response after three doorbells, the characters will move to the next room. Please note that re-visits are not available.
· Visit Order: Room visits are conducted sequentially; specific time slots or orders cannot be requested.
