• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the observatory.
• Operating hours are subject to change based on on-site conditions. We highly recommend checking the official website before your visit. - Admission & Package Information• 'Activity in WORLD' package tickets must be collected at the Front Desk upon check-in. Once issued, same-day cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
• Room package cancellations can be made without any penalty until 18:00 (KST), two days before your scheduled check-in.
• Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time printed. Re-entry to the observatory is not allowed.
• For your safety, a mandatory security screening will be conducted before entry. Prohibited items include sharp objects, butane gas, and fireworks.
